What does pre-ordering mean?

Pre-ordering your vehicle from Bloomington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best way to guarantee you reserve your perfect car or truck in a time when most lots are emptying quickly. Since the majority of all new vehicles are either in transit, waiting to be picked up from the manufacturer, or not yet built, our focus has shifted to educating customers on what their options are in our ‘pipeline’. It can be confusing to know what’s available, what features come with a vehicle you can’t see in person, and how you know you’re getting something that is right for you.  Our sales staff has the tools and knowledge to lay those concerns to rest and help you feel confident in reserving a vehicle that is on it’s way to our store in Bloomington.

 

How long does it take for my vehicle to arrive?
It solely depends on where the vehicle is in it’s delivery process at the time you reserve it. It could be only a few days away if it’s on the truck, a couple weeks, or one to two months+ in cases where your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram isn’t assembled yet. We have vehicles in all phases of delivery, but if you know your lease is getting closer to expiring, or you know that you’ll need a new vehicle soon, now is the time to put your name on a vehicle due to arrive further down the line, or build your own. Ask us for more info and we’d be happy to give you an estimated timeline on any particular new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle you’re interested in!

 

Helpful Note: Pre-ordering is not the same as custom building your ideal Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram. Pre-ordering is reserving a vehicle that is incoming to our store, or allocated to us but not yet built. Custom building takes place with your customer specialist where you can walk through the steps together. Custom build deliveries typically take 8-10 weeks minimum.
