Salesman was good to deal with but then skipped out on going over the vehicle when sold. Had the engine light come on 4 days after being bought. Called dealership and they said service manager would call tomorrow and get vehicle in to get things fixed. That was a week ago. No call. Seeing that I live an hour away, I had it fixed somewhere else.

We had a very good experience at this dealership, our Sales Consultant Jolene Brown was excellent! She understood right away what we wanted, was very helpful and gave us good deal. We left with new Grand Cherokee L in no time! The whole personnel were very friendly and helpful, definitely going to recommend this dealership to friends and family. My rating is definitely 10/10!

Anthony is a superstar. I brought my 15 year old Sebring in for what should have been a warranty covered repair with an old style lifetime warranty and they found suspension issues. Anthony was able to get that covered as well, bringing new life to an old reliable.

They got us in short notice for oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t adjust the tire pressure after rotation, thus we had to do it.

Easily the most enjoyable vehicle buying experience we have had. Found the car in Autotrader and received an email almost immediately. Met with Brennan who took the time to do 2 different test drives - he asked all the right questions but with no pressure. I wish I could remember the service managers name that I was working with. He did a terrible job at communicating with me. Ordered a Hood in January and after 10-15 phone calls (literally) and 10 months later, they got a hood to me. The classic line of theirs is “we will get back to you the next day” and they never would until I would call again.

Schedule 40 days out. 300% markup from Mopar retail on parts prices. Purchased from this dealer. Car hadn't been cleaned, had a baggie of adderall in the micro storage next to the steering wheel. I paid a crap load during car shortage for a used car from a dealer I have purchased or serviced 7 jeeps in total. I am done with the Jeep manufacturer. I researched and spoke to other jeeps dealers in MN. Bloomington Jeep was supposed to be the best one. So yes, not doing that again ever, and I enjoy telling everyone I interact with about it.

Tires looked awesome got home and there were huge cracks to where we felt we're unsafe to drive due to vehicle sitting for so long My husband brought to there attention they didn't care. So after spending $27,000 loan (It was used) we had to wait a week to even drive it due to another place getting us tires to put on it . $2000. Sad ...

Took over a month to get a diagnostic test done on my Jeep having significant issues, issues under warranty. $120 later, they told me my spark plugs needed to be replaced. I got those $9 parts replaced and continued to have significant issues. It is now taking a month and a half to have ANOTHER diagnostic test done to figure out the true problem. I’m going elsewhere that’s faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
