This is the third Jeep I have leased through this dealer, with salesman Donnie Brinson, and this time I bought out the lease so won't see Donnie for awhile but will go back when I need another vehicle.
It was so easy dealing with Bloomington CJ. I love the one price concept. It takes all of the hassle out of purchasing a car. Cody Swenson is a great salesperson. He was very helpful and always ready to assist us. The only recommendation I would have is that there be some sort of follow up. A phone call or better yet a thank you card.

We came in twice for service. Both times we were treated with respect and kindness. One visit was to receive a new key fob. The service center was able to have us come in right away to get the service done while I waited. We will continue to bring our Chrysler to this dealership.

Max was a pleasure to work with. He really strives hard to find a good match for customers that meets their needs and answer all questions. He is super responsive and sends videos clarifying any questions regarding physical features of a vehicle. Jason was helpful in making the financing work as well. After purchasing, Max did a thorough run-through of the onboard features and controls.
Sales staff was very receptive to what I asked for.Better explanation could have been to the on board controls,etc.,but guess that's what the book is for.Bery happy with the SUV.

Once the long awaited parts and the dealership computer system came back, I was given an appointment that worked with my schedule. There was a dissapointment however, I was offered an appraisal on my vehicle. I allowed them to give me an appraisal. I was most Dissapointed by the value that was given to me as it was about 1/3 less than the wholesale lowest book value, and more than 50% less than Kelly Blue Book Value! I received good and timely service at a time their shop was quite busy. I needed considerable brake work done on my RAM 1500 and was pleasantly surprised by how soon my truck was returned to service. Thanks for your professionalism and great service.
Nick was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with my car when another mechanic shop could not. The work done was reasonably priced. The one downfall was that they lost the paperwork apparently and so my car sat for a week before any work was done on it. Once I called and asked for an update on my car, they reprinted the paperwork and when they did start fixing it, the work was completed quickly.

Seems to only have interest in selling cars. Never gave us a tour of the dealership, or introduced us to parts or maintenance personnel or procedures. Sales personnel seemed polite. Car was poorly detailed at delivery. Closing personnel was polite and thorough.
Wife got, got out with the oil change done. All is good and this is why people don't fill out surveys...too much writing!!!

I had an issue with my brake light and Brian saved the day once again. The time before this I traded in a truck that I had just put tires on and Brian helped me get the same kind of tires on me new truck(they were bigger) and looked great. Great sales folks - answer questions and listen! And the service peeps are great too. Honest and patient! And Max sacrificed his commission to hook me up with Cody instead of trying to talk me out of coming when I wanted to (at a time when Max wasn’t available).

I made an appointment and got in on time. The service rep told me how long it would take for the oil/filter change, and that I would need a bit more oil than the coupon provided. Paid the bill and was on my way. No surprises and on time.
