Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never do business with this dealership. We have a Jeep Wrangler that leaks from the roof when it rains. Multiple dealerships told us to bring it in while the issue was actively occurring so they could see the drips. We brought it in this morning after rain last night, but the service department wouldn’t even look at the vehicle. Instead, they said we could leave it there for two weeks and they would take a look. Great—thanks for the help.
Great service from the time I dropped my car off and had it repaired and picked up.
If you enjoy waiting a month to have your vehicle returned damaged, dirty, and still broken, then Walser Bloomington is the place for you. After thirty days, they finally admitted they actually do not know how to fix the issue I brought it in for. I was left with an unfixed vehicle and a month of wasted time.
To add insult to injury, they managed to scratch my car's interior and exterior, then attempted to hide a subpar paint job without my knowledge.

Amazing service from the moment you walk into the door. My purchase experience started online with some scouting of a newer Jeep that fit what I was looking for. March 2024 leased 2024 4xe. The sales people incompetent and not well informed about the vehicle and the works of it.
Turned out, the Vehicle was sitting on the lot for months, no inspection by service department, whatsoever, had to get oil change on the second day of leasing, as oil life percentage was 62%.
Ever since leased signed, the vehicle has been in and out of the dealership for various issues, and all were told “software updates”. Cheap quality as it is falling apart and nothing functions properly.

Olivia was a great sales rep to work with. She answered our questions, and made sure our concerns were checked out. The final deal was hassle free.
Traded in a used vehicle and purchased another one was told I had to have 2 key fobs but them was told they only had one for the vehicle I was purchasing.when asked I I could get a second key had no response . After leaving called 3 times about purchasing another key and never received a call back. Poor customer service!
Brought car in due to air conditioner proble. It was replaced in the time prime that was processed. Brian Olsen was the service advisor kept me informed of the status for the repair. Great job. Very pleased.
Shout out to salesperson Olivia! We came in to pick up a used Jeep a dealership I drive cars for purchased. Went to their extra lot and the Jeep battery was dead. Came back and met Olivia. who got 2 battery chargers. came back out with us and jump started the vehicle herself as there was a special procedure for the jeep. I knew the exact spec I was looking for and initially was hoping to buy/trade in completely from an online retailer to skip the in person transaction. He never pressured us, but explained and demonstrated the Jeep’s many features - sometimes more than once, until we really understood them.He also guided us through two test drives - showing us how to use many of the features.

Salesman was good to deal with but then skipped out on going over the vehicle when sold. Had the engine light come on 4 days after being bought. Called dealership and they said service manager would call tomorrow and get vehicle in to get things fixed. That was a week ago. No call. Seeing that I live an hour away, I had it fixed somewhere else.
Anthony is a superstar. I brought my 15 year old Sebring in for what should have been a warranty covered repair with an old style lifetime warranty and they found suspension issues. Anthony was able to get that covered as well, bringing new life to an old reliable.

They got us in short notice for oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t adjust the tire pressure after rotation, thus we had to do it.

Easily the most enjoyable vehicle buying experience we have had. Found the car in Autotrader and received an email almost immediately. I wish I could remember the service managers name that I was working with. He did a terrible job at communicating with me. Ordered a Hood in January and after 10-15 phone calls (literally) and 10 months later, they got a hood to me. The classic line of theirs is “we will get back to you the next day” and they never would until I would call again.

Schedule 40 days out. 300% markup from Mopar retail on parts prices. Purchased from this dealer. Car hadn't been cleaned, had a baggie of adderall in the micro storage next to the steering wheel. I paid a crap load during car shortage for a used car from a dealer I have purchased or serviced 7 jeeps in total. I am done with the Jeep manufacturer. I researched and spoke to other jeeps dealers in MN. Bloomington Jeep was supposed to be the best one. So yes, not doing that again ever, and I enjoy telling everyone I interact with about it.
The rep was rude. He needs customer services training. Also, they just shoot out prices without really knowing.
