“Where does my information go?” 

When you click submit, your information goes directly to one of our five vehicle acquisition managers. They will use your vehicle information to look at different guides and market conditions, then reach out to gather any more details they need before they talk with you about the value of your vehicle. Your information will not be sold or shared beyond these managers, and they will contact your directly.

“How long does my offer last?”

Once you receive an official offer from one of our managers, you have 7 days or 300 miles before the vehicle will need to be re-evaluated. This is due to changing market conditions and the potential differences in the condition of your vehicle.

“Is this offer only valid if I trade in my car for a different car?” 

No! We simply want to buy your car or truck. Of course you can trade it in to reap the tax benefits, but for us, any vehicle we service is a vehicle we can trust. Quite frankly, we need used vehicles which is why we are paying top dollar for yours.
